How can I check furniture quality before shipping?

We offer both remote and in-person furniture quality inspections before your order is shipped from China. If you’re unable to visit our furniture factory in China, we will assign a team member to inspect your furniture on your behalf. We check the furniture dimensions, overall workmanship, finishes, and visible defects to make sure the finished pieces match the confirmed order requirements.

During the pre-shipment furniture inspection, we can send you detailed photos and videos so you can review your furniture before it leaves our factory. If you would like to inspect specific details more closely, we can also arrange a live video call and walk you through the finished furniture in real time.

If you are able to visit China, you are always welcome to come to our factory and inspect your order in person at our furniture inspection area. Our team can assist you during the inspection and review the furniture with you before shipment.
